Dr SHAHEER Muhammad – Director Research and Development
Dr SHAHEER Muhammad is currently working as Assistant Professor at Hamdard University, Islamabad. Primarily, an Electrical Engineer, he holds a Masters degree in Mechatronics. He completed his PhD from the Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2020. After PhD, he worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow for a year and as a Research Associate for the subsequent two years. He has been taking part in engineering-related research and development for more than 15 years. His research interests include Cyber-Physical Systems, Embedded Systems, and Robotics.
Dr. Hannan Adeel – Director Computing Core
Dr. Hannan Adeel is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computing, Hamdard University, Islamabad. He has previously served at reputed institutions in the twin cities, contributing to both research and academic leadership. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, deep learning, biomedical imaging, and satellite image analysis.
Dr. Adeel actively collaborates with international researchers from Malaysia, China, and Europe, particularly on AI applications in healthcare and smart systems. As a mentor, he has supervised numerous graduate students and serves as a reviewer for reputed journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
Dr. Muhammad Inam ur Rehman – Director Biomedical Engineering Core
Dr Inam is an Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Signal & Image Processing and a strong mathematical background. He has been working on various research-based projects for more than 15 years, involving image processing, signal processing, data science, and more.
In addition to industrial projects, he actively supervise undergraduate and graduate-level research in multiple domains, focusing on developing and implementing novel ideas. His belief is to run academic research and industry simultaneously, bridging the gap between innovation and application.
Mr. Muhammad Najeeb – Director Embedded Systems Core
Mr. Muhammad Najeeb is a distinguished academic and engineer currently serving as Program Head at Hamdard University, Islamabad Campus. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the same university, where he was awarded a gold medal in 2010 for his outstanding academic performance. He further pursued a Master of Engineering degree from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University in 2013.
With a strong background in research and development, Mr. Najeeb is deeply involved in areas such as embedded systems, computer systems integration, the Internet of Things (IoT), and communication systems. His work focuses on developing practical and innovative solutions.
Ms. Minahil Fatima – Project Director
Ms. Minahil Fatima is the Project Director, responsible for leading strategic planning and execution across multidisciplinary initiatives. She is currently pursuing her MS in Artificial Intelligence at FAST National University, where she is involved in research focused on emerging AI technologies.
With a growing portfolio of experience in project management, team coordination, and AI-driven systems, she plays a pivotal role in aligning technical innovation with organizational goals. Her expertise lies in streamlining workflows, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, research-based projects.
